Rough forlorn knight character drafts
In Forlorn Knights - Darksome Arising, the IP I'm working on besides client work, there are plenty of characters belonging to the character class "forlorn knight".
Hence as to why there are plenty of drafts which I will show frequently if time allows. Hope you like them! Take care meanwhile and have a great weekend.

Forlorn Knights - Darksome Arising; A vigilante story
Hey everyone!
Here are three vigilantes, which are also posted in my other blog that I'm using for the more behind the scenes-content once I get more of my story out. If you want to support my work, please buy me a coffee. ;)
In my story Forlorn Knights - Darksome Arising, in some towns there is unrest and for some reason the king's guards cannot solve the problem with local villains. This is where vigilantes come into play and solve it for them.
Ol' Fist, Impala and Twoblades are three characters in that part of the story.
Mixing in some vigilante/heroes themes into my story definitely creates some benefits for the general plotline. Hope they're fun for you as much as they're entertaining for me.
They appear in one arc, however, if I ever get to make spin-offs then I will make an entire comic series of it.

My Sketchbook 2014 PDF for Download
Hello everyone,
just want to throw out a quick update: If you are interested in looking at my sketches and drawings, I have collected many of my drawings from last year and offer a sketchbook PDF file on Dropbox for you, so you do not have to flip through every page in my Tumblr blog.
Although I think that my drawings and sketches from last year cannot compete with the big industry pro's of this world, I still want to share them to show you my growth throughout my life.

May Update and June
Hello everyone,
this post shows up a bit delayed due to being busy regarding many different reasons. New artwork that has been created recently (digital colour):
Apart from this there are more images waiting to be completed. I have also a bunch of new sketches and drawings in my sketchbook on Tumblr (as well as some posts without images, so keep flipping through the pages if you want) http://daveart.tumblr.com/
There are also new Photoshop brushes emulating natural media right here: http://food-for-crows.deviantart.com/gallery/
Regarding a new PDF Sketchbook: I have yet to think how to present this, the best thing would be an interactive sketchbook but I have no idea where I should start... I will figure something out though.
As for this month: A new Photoshop Brush set will be revealed if things work out as planned, and new artwork should show up as well. If you want to stay up to date, looking into my sketchbook (Tumblr link above) is the best option, as you can keep track of my work way quicker. I will probably take a few days for following this year's E3 press conference though.

The year 2013 ends...
Hello everyone!
Finally I can do this post I wanted to do a long time ago. The year 2013 will end soon. I had to take a break from all my work so far. Next year, some things will change. I cannot do as much work as I did. Many of my drawings and stuff were not published so far. I simply have no time to scan and upload them all.
However. In this post I want to show every other image I might not have shown so far.
As far as I can tell, there will be more dragon-images and work for indie author Craig Halloran, as well as portfolio work and more for other clients.
But for now I want to say: Thank you, every visitor, for watching my blog and being interested in my work. I hope you will have great weeks that are left of 2013 and a happy new year.
We will see each other again, in 2014.
