One Leap To 21

Wan, maincharacter of my IP titled Forlorn Knights, leaping ahead to 21 to leave a very troublesome year far behind. This is the last drawing, done last week, to upload this year.

Happy New Year to everyone!

Wan and Lythena

An illustration featuring Wan and Lythena in the story Forlorn Knights - Darksome Arising.

Characters of course deserve some good times - and so do the two best friends - so I thought this might be a nice theme for a difference, since the story has some kinda dark moments.

Enjoy, and stay safe meanwhile. 2020 has been a really crazy year so far.

More uploads coming soon. See ya!

Environment concepts

The Forlorn Plains area of my IP Forlorn Knights is quite large, thus there are plenty of different places to explore. Here are two rough concept pieces to explore the area.

Forlorn Knights - Roughs

Some more roughs of the forlorn knights - character class, it remains to be seen as to what draft will make it to become a more refined character.

Demonic Entities - Succubae (mild nudity)

Something more spicy here - in my IP, a succubus is a rumour among many folks, but there is some truth to it. A succubus depends on belief, comes in various forms depending on how much the belief has shaped them. But there are inherent parts that rarely any of them can hide...
Often tree-themed, the entities that are called succubae try to take on a form of that of a mortal being.

But the truth about these entities in the story isn't that easy.

Here are some rough concepts that as well have been used to train soft forms.

Rough forlorn knight character drafts

In Forlorn Knights - Darksome Arising, the IP I'm working on besides client work, there are plenty of characters belonging to the character class "forlorn knight".
Hence as to why there are plenty of drafts which I will show frequently if time allows. Hope you like them! Take care meanwhile and have a great weekend.

Forlorn Knights - Darksome Arising; A vigilante story

Hey everyone! Here are three vigilantes, which are also posted in my other blog that I'm using for the more behind the scenes-content once I get more of my story out. If you want to support my work, please buy me a coffee. ;)

In my story Forlorn Knights - Darksome Arising, in some towns there is unrest and for some reason the king's guards cannot solve the problem with local villains. This is where vigilantes come into play and solve it for them.

Ol' Fist, Impala and Twoblades are three characters in that part of the story.

Mixing in some vigilante/heroes themes into my story definitely creates some benefits for the general plotline. Hope they're fun for you as much as they're entertaining for me.

They appear in one arc, however, if I ever get to make spin-offs then I will make an entire comic series of it.

2020 - This blog makes a return

Reactivating this blog, since social media becomes an obstacle these days. Trying to update everyone here as well as on Facebook, though this will begin to be slowly shifted over to the blog. Posting about my work and some little thoughts, as well es newly created brushes for Adobe Photoshop that emulate traditional media! I hope you're looking forward to it.

A lot was happening the recent years, but life goes on.

To begin with a new concept drawing for my personal IP named Forlorn Knights - Darksome Arising, I may show a never before uploaded work here to mark the new start for this blog:

This character of mine named Karasu has been drawn using the digital illustration software Rebelle 3. It has a close resemblance to traditional media, per example pencils!

Last but not least - the prior post showed plenty of links to sites I'm no longer active in. I plan to be mostly active here, for as much as it allows on Facebook, and my work can be viewed as per normal on ArtStation as well.

Hope everyone is doing well - stay safe everyone.
